Consulting Firm Needs Project Space for On-Site Team.
Problem
Apex Consultancy, a New York City-based consulting firm, picked up a large client in Greenwich, CT. Although the client’s offices were in commuting distance of New York City, they wanted Apex’s team available to them on-site, at immediate notice. The client did not have room to provide additional space for the consulting team, thus Apex Consultancy needed a temporary space to complete their project with convenient access to their client in Greenwich.
Solution
CEO provided Apex Consultancy with a short-term agreement in a fully-furnished office only a five minute drive from their client’s office. Apex Consultancy therefore was able to work independently in its own office space, while being immediately accessible. In addition, if Apex were to extend the relationship with their Greenwich-based client, CEO can modify the agreement to provide Apex with the space it needs.
